Marc R. Smith, Principal

 

Marc R. Smith serves as Principal of TideRock Management and has worked in commercial real estate for over 10 years. Marc was previously part of the real estate operations group at BioMed Realty Trust where he oversaw a $170 million real estate portfolio in the Boston area. Prior to joining BioMed Realty, Marc worked at The Kane Company managing a real estate portfolio comprised of 1,000,000 square feet of office, medical, retail and industrial properties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Marc received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Hampshire and continues his education through the CCIM Institute and BOMI International. Marc is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Hampshire.
